Extensive Training Program
Overland Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to developing the skills and knowledge of its employees. Every new employee hired as an OSI Premium Auditor completes an extensive training program to sharpen their technical skills. Our classroom sessions are enhanced by OSI University, a cutting-edge, interactive, online training program developed exclusively by our own in-house experts. Once the training period concludes, new hires are matched with a local mentor to acclimate them to their new position. The mentor advises and teaches the new employee about the company, the industry and details specific to fieldwork in premium audit.
We also partner with Colorado Technical University, one of the largest online educators, to offer online APA courses to its employees at a discounted tuition rate. No other company in our industry offers this value added feature to support ongoing education.
At Overland Solutions, career and skill development is strongly encouraged. We champion a rich tuition reimbursement program for educational courses that enhance an employee's role with the company. We also sponsor our employees to obtain industry certifications. OSI professionals are eligible to receive a bonus upon completion as well as salary increases.
Career Growth
Overland Solutions, Inc. is interested in the career paths of its employees. We mentor auditors and inspectors to become supervisors, General Managers, and Vice Presidents within the organization and its divisions. Many of our field professionals have been promoted into management roles. We also groom our managers to become leaders within the company through specialized training using an online business training library. Supervisors can create custom programs to match the needs of an experienced veteran supervisor or a first-time manager. Training topics include communication, strategic planning, problem-solving and time management.
