Overland Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Ferguson as the company’s new president. Mike has been in leadership roles since joining Overland Solutions, Inc. (OSI) in 2002 and was previously senior vice president, Audit Field Operations.

"Mike has the understanding, commitment and dedication to ensure we move forward seamlessly,” said Alok Singh, Overland Solutions, Inc. chairman of the board. “His experience as a leader, focus on product development and customer relationships will continually position OSI at the top.”

Jeff Haniewich, former OSI president, was appointed vice chairman of the Board of Directors for Overland Solutions, Inc. (OSI) effective August 19. During Jeff’s six years with OSI he positioned the company as a leader in the premium audit and survey industry. Jeff will remain an advisor to OSI’s management in addition to new duties as vice chairman of the board.

As president, Mike is responsible for all Overland Solutions, Inc. company operations and divisions while working closely with the leadership of Audit, Castle/Safety and the Executive team.
